We need to know the date and time of the accident, what damage is done to the vehicle, whether or not the vehicle is off the road and an estimated time for repair. It will be a standard procedure that if you are involved in an accident an enforcement officer will contact you to discuss the accident and where appropiate will ask you to bring in your vehicle for an inspection. If the vehicle is not road worthy and needs work to be carried out by a garage then the vehicle will be suspended until it is presented to an enforcement officer, who will determine if the vehicle can be used for hire and reward. |
