No doubt most members will recall the "Wartime Saga" with the smart car complete with periscope, surfacing in the most cunning of places, to catch motorists performing illegal acts!

Also, most of you will appreciate that the M.L.T.D.A. struck a peace agreement with this adversary.

Only joking, just wanted to say that the Council now have a second smart car patrolling, with an even better periscope!
